Together with MJ, he worked and designed a business model focusing on integrated solid waste management and alternate fuels- leading to the formation of Ideation3x Pte Ltd.Siva has worked at various middle and senior management levels across various organizations within the Asia Pacific region. Siva is an MBA, and a Chemical Engineer; an alumnus of the University of Western Australia, Osmania University.

RJ co-founded Pipal Research, a KPO in the field of business and financial research in India, scaled the operations from a 2 member team to that of over 400 within a short period, and sold the business to CRISIL (A subsidiary of S&P Global). He has diverse expertise in setting up import and export businesses of computer hardware and peripherals, and medical diagnostic equipment. RJ is a Chartered Accountant with over 36 years of post-qualification experience.
