Global warming is real, the world is at peril because of environmental pollution. Forget future generations, our own lives are at stake. The earth is on critical life support and needs urgent support and intervention at every level of the ecosystem. The Lancet commission report mentions that more than 9 million people died of pollution in 2015 alone. ¾ of the deaths are due to air pollution and more than 50% of the deaths occur in China and India. The World Bank 2020 estimates worldwide that 2.24 billion tonnes of solid waste was generated, amounting to a footprint of 0.79 kilograms per person per day and by 2050 it is estimated to increase to 3.88 billion tonnes of solid waste.


India produces 170 kilotons of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) per day and approximately only 4% of waste is dumped in landfills. The government of India has initiated a nationwide cleanliness campaign to clean up all cities, towns, and villages. In most developing countries the urban poor are more severely impacted by unsustainably managed waste. In low-income countries, over 90% of waste is often disposed of in unregulated dumps or openly burned.


These practices create serious health, safety, and environmental issues. Badly managed waste is the source of disease vectors, contributes to global climate change through methane generation, and can even promote urban violence. At Ideation3x we go beyond recycling, reducing and removing solid waste (urban, municipal waste). We convert all waste to useful products and minimizing landfills and pollution.
