Tatsuo Kawasaki is one of the founding Partners of Unison Capital founded in 1998. His investment experience ranges from retail, service, food, and financial service, to the manufacturing sector. Prior to joining Unison, he worked for Goldman Sachs Japan, McKinsey, and NextCard, an online credit card venture based in San Francisco.

He holds a B.A. in economics from Keio University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

MJ is an investor, researcher, advisor, and successful entrepreneur. He has a Doctorate in Economics, an MBA, and a degree in Electronics Engineering; alumnus of Harvard, MIT, University of Chicago, and University of Mumbai.MJ is a professional investor with investments of USD 1 billion+ across India, Europe, China, and the USA. He founded Pipel Research, a KPO in the field of business and financial research, which was later sold to CRISIL (A subsidiary of S&P Global). Prior to that, he worked with McKinsey and JP Morgan.

Siva developed a business idea that can address development and pollution together in a sustainable manner and benefit all stakeholders. Together with MJ, he worked and designed a business model focusing on integrated solid waste management and alternate fuels- leading to the formation of Ideation3x Pte Ltd.Siva has worked at various middle and senior management levels across various organizations within the Asia Pacific region. Siva is an MBA, and a Chemical Engineer; an alumnus of the University of Western Australia, Osmania University.
