Dr.MANOJ JAIN (MJ)
Chairman & Founder
MJ is an investor, researcher, advisor, and successful entrepreneur. He has a Doctorate in Economics, an MBA, and a degree in Electronics Engineering; alumnus of Harvard, MIT, University of Chicago, and University of Mumbai.
MJ is a professional investor with investments of USD 1 billion+ across India, Europe, China, and the USA. He founded Pipel Research, a KPO in the field of business and financial research, which was later sold to CRISIL (A subsidiary of S&P Global). Prior to that, he worked with McKinsey and JP Morgan.
Mr.SIVA SUBRAMANIAM (SIVA)
CEO & Founder
Siva developed a business idea that can address development and pollution together in a sustainable manner and benefit all stakeholders. Together with MJ, he worked and designed a business model focusing on integrated solid waste management and alternate fuels- leading to the formation of Ideation3x Pte Ltd.
Siva has worked at various middle and senior management levels across various organizations within the Asia Pacific region. Siva is an MBA, and a Chemical Engineer; an alumnus of the University of Western Australia, Osmania University.

Ram has 20+ years of experience as a consultant in ISWM practices, Alternative Bio Fuels & Energy Conservation Technologies. His patent-pending pyrolysis design that converts low-value plastics to useful energy has been approved by ONGC, HPCL, Hindalco, and other major companies in India. His technology helped 2 Degrees Clicon, one of the subsidiaries of Ideation3x to reduce plastics and polymers by over 50,000 tons to alternate fuels and effectively reduce over 75,000 tons of carbon reduction on the planet. Today 10+ companies are using his pyrolysis designs across the country towards the reduction of plastics and polymers.
Mr.RAMESH JAIN (RJ)
Executive Director
RJ offers expert legal and financial consulting, and operational advice to various business entities in India. RJ co-founded Pipal Research, a KPO in the field of business and financial research in India, scaled the operations from a 2 member team to that of over 400 within a short period, and sold the business to CRISIL (A subsidiary of S&P Global). He has diverse expertise in setting up import and export businesses of computer hardware and peripherals, and medical diagnostic equipment. RJ is a Chartered Accountant with over 36 years of post-qualification experience.
Mr.MANISH KAPOOR
Chief Financial Officer
Manish is a Chartered Accountant with 22 years of experience in audit, assurance, taxation, and consulting. He has previously worked with top consulting firms, including Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and CRISIL – A Standard & Poor's company.
He actively consults and advices clients on various matters, including taxation, strategy, M&A, research, assurance, etc.,

Mr. B Umamaheswar Reddy has been a social entrepreneur for over 20 years. He has been working tirelessly in addressing social and environmental problems with a focus on the solid waste sector. Various of his solid waste removal and reduction initiatives have been successfully implemented in Andhra Pradesh State. Umamaheshwar Reddy is an Alumunus of Andhra University and has a degree in Bachelor of Engineering with Mechanical specialization.

Mr. Kumara Swamy, completed his LLB and MBA from Osmania University. He has 14+ years of rich and extensive leadership experience in waste management. He was associated with India’s biggest waste management company, Re Sustainability Limited (formerly known as Ramky Enviro Engineers Limited) and also, he worked as a Contract Management Specialist with Metro Rail O&M Expert, Keolis Group (French Company). He is an expert in Business Development, Operation Excellence, Contract Management, Business Excellence, ESG, Due diligence, Risk Management, Mergers and Acquisitions.

Puneeth started his career supporting and handling his family business focusing on real estate with focus on layout development & group housing construction. In 2009, he co-founded Rasha Infrastructure and within 4 years built the company to over INR 150 crores in revenues. The company executed various projects in the remote areas of Bihar, Karnataka, West Bengal and Jharkhand in the areas of lift irrigation, roads, cyclon homes and mining. Over time the interest in addressing the problems of solid waste management steered the company towards solid waste management sector. Puneeth is a Mechanical Engineer by profession.
MR.AMAR REDDY
COO, Medical Innovation
Amar started his career in Information technology and gained experience in supporting technology solutions in manufacturing and networking products with various multinational corporations. He joined SAP and gained expertise in Security Systems. He worked in various MNCs both in India and the USA in companies like International Paper, DOW Chemicals, and others. In 2010, he joined Jeevan and other entrepreneurs and started Rasha Infrastructure executing various projects. His passion for solid waste management steered the company towards solid waste management, before becoming part of Medical Innovation. Amar is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer by qualification.
MR.VIKAS AGARWAL
CEO & Founder, 2 Degrees Clicon
Vikas founded 2 Degrees Clicon in 2013 starting with a manufacturing capacity of 100 kilo Liters monthly and expanding the business tenfolds to 1000 kilo litres monthly within the span of three years. The company focuses on manufacturing alternate fuels that can replace Light Diesel Oil, High-Speed Diesel used in industrial applications. Today Vikas is driving the company towards addressing all the waste plastics, rubber and other polymer waste into useful products. Vikas is a computer science graduate from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio State USA.
MRS.SHEETAL AGARWAL
CO-CEO & Founder, 2 Degrees Clicon
Sheetal co-founded 2 Degrees Clicon with Vikas and has been focusing on identifying and developing various alternate fuel technologies and solutions within the company.
Under her guidance, the company has reduced over 50,000 tons of plastic waste and converted it into 25 million litres of diesel fuel. Sheetal completed her MBA from the University of Sikkim Manipal.
